For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please note that all lingerie, pierced jewelry, swimwear and sale items are final sale.

For US customers, simply include any items you don’t want in a box and use the pre-paid return label we sent you. Then drop off the box to any local post office or include it with your daily outgoing mail.
We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
